In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, both parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution.

Rate Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the guest:

1. Guests are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's terms and conditions.

4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow:

reservations can be cancelled directly on the Site or via Mobile Services through the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
reservations can be modified directly by contacting the hotel; the phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation email.

5. If a guest cuts their stay short, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, guests must vacate their room by 12:00 PM on the final day of their reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.

7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for payment, or for commercial purposes.
